Bulan was a king of the Khalyzians in Greater Dacia and a descendant of the House of Aba. He was converted to Judaism by Yitzhak Sangari in 740. Many of his Judaic Khalyzians were buried in Chelarevo when Maurot's Slovi began to expand. From him the Bulanids have been named.
