Kubiars or Cowari were Kazarig tribes of Cozar People who revolted against Chouvrtou's successor Batbayan-Bezmer. First were Maurit's Slovi then Asparuk's Bulgarians then Kotrag's Russians then Tuvan's Ukrainians. Maurit's Slovi eventually fought as the Cowari for the Hungarians.
