Bulan was the E-B405 was a king of Greater Halychina and a descendant of the Cozar House of Aba. He was converted to Judaism by Yitzhak Sangari in 740 and took the name Sabriel. Many of his men were buried in Chelarevo when the Moravians began to expand. Bulan retreated to Halychyna and secured his reign there.
