This page is much too long. It is intended to be a presentation of points of Jewish relevant to Noahides, and a review of the legal systems of various nations with comment on which parts conform, and which parts do not conform to Noahide law.

Hopefully the complexity of Homicide law will continue to be apparent even as this page changes. Each nation may deal differently with some of the complex situations that may arise (such as indirect responsibility).

These differences are fully within the right of Noahide law to make its own set of laws to "best administer justice to their people" which may be different for different people. The mystic might even interpret these differences as related to the nation's national character or essense.

Halachic opinion is generally of the opinion, unlike [[Maimonides]] that [[capital punishment]] is a maximum penalty, and that Noahide law may fulfill its duty providing lesser punishments for crimes provided that justice is preserved.
